What optional services do you offer?
We provide the best rates for both terminal-to-terminal and door-to-door delivery.
Terminals are available in all major Canadian cities, and we offer free storage if you drop off your vehicle before the shipping date or pick it up after the delivery date.
How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend contacting us 1 to 3 weeks in advance to secure your reservation. However, express delivery can be arranged if needed.
What should I expect regarding delivery times?
Deliveries are generally on time. Please allow 5–7 days for Calgary, AB, and Edmonton, AB, and 7–10 days for Vancouver, BC. Delays may occur in unusual circumstances.
Is there a deposit for booking a transport service?
No. There is not a deposit required.
What taxes and fees are applicable to your services?
Taxes and insurance are already included in our quote, and no additional charges will apply.
What are your business hours?
Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and on weekends and holidays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Yes, your vehicle is insured throughout the shipping process for full protection and peace of mind.
